Open

Open level is a pilates class suited to anyone who exercises or has done pilates before. There are exercises to suit everyone, this is a more challenging class than beginner

Beginner

Beginner pilates is suited to anyone who is not currently exercising or has never done pilates before. This class is a great introduction to the basics of pilates

Intermediate

Intermediate level is suited to anyone with an athletic background or currently doing pilates. Also suited to anyone attending regular fitness classes.

Seniors

The seniors class is designed for anyone over 60 years of age. This class is low impact and focuses on mobility and building strength to improve your lifestyle

Reformer

A 1hr reformer pilates workout utilises spring resistance to condition the entire body. A session will consist of a variety of different exercises programmed to suit your individual needs

Studio

Studio pilates is a 1hr workout which utilises equipment including reformer, wunda chair, matwork and other pilates equipment. The exercises programmed are specific to each individual person

Mat Online

Mat online is a 45min private one on one mat session that allows for closer attention to individual technique. Exercises are programmed based on your individual goals and needs
